摘要
针对洗衣机专用料M30RH牌号刚韧平衡性不足的现状及原因进行分析,提出改进的比选方案,最终选择采用共聚反应更佳的催化剂B以及综合性能较好的外给电子体C用于洗衣机专用料产品质量的改进。通过比较M30RHI和M30RH两种牌号的生产过程和产品质量以及根据下游用户对产品质量反馈,发现M30RHI牌号刚韧平衡性改善明显,洗衣机专用料质量改进获得成功。
This article analyzes the causes of the poor rigid-tough balance of special material M30RH for washing machine,puts forward some improvement schemes,and finally selects the catalyst B with better copolymerization performance and the external electron donor C with better comprehensive performance for the quality improvement of the special material of washing machine.The comparison of M30RHI with M30RH in production process,product quality and quality feedback from downstream users shows that the rigid-tough balance of M30RHI is remarkably improved,marking the successful quality improvement of the special material for washing machine.
