摘要 针对船用L型复合材料典型节点的损伤失效问题,进行了极限强度和疲劳性能的试验研究。分析不同载荷下夹芯板连接节点的疲劳寿命及破坏模式,揭示接头处裂缝的产生和发展的过程。试验结果表明:夹芯复合材料节点疲劳寿命和刚度随着载荷水平的增加呈下降趋势,疲劳断口处呈现蒙皮与泡沫夹芯脱粘以及蒙皮分层和纤维断裂的现象,且节点疲劳寿命具有较大的离散性。 In order to solve damage failure problem for composite L-joints in the ship structure, ultimate strength and fatigue properties of L-joints are researched with experimental method. Fatigue life and failure mode of this kind of connection is analyzed through a series of fatigue tests with various load amplitudes. Generation and development process of cracks is revealed. The results show that fatigue life and stiffness of L-joints are decreased with the increase of load levels, as well as phenomena such as debond between foam-core, delamination between core and skin, fiber failure and PVC failure are observed.
