洛钼二公司一段磨矿提质增效降耗试验研究

摘要 针对一段磨矿流程磨矿产品粒度特性差、磨机台效低以及钢耗、电耗高的问题,洛钼集团选矿二公司联合昆明理工大学开展了优化一段磨机钢球级配、实现选厂提质增效降耗的实验室试验与工业试验研究。实验室研究结果表明,采用推荐钢球级配Φ100∶Φ80∶Φ60∶Φ40∶Φ30=20∶30∶15∶25∶10,+0.10mm含量减少7.83个百分点,磨矿细度提高6.99个百分点,中间易选级别-0.10+0.038mm含量增加3.83个百分点;工业试验结果表明,旋流器溢流+0.10mm含量减少了4.75个百分点,-0.074mm及-0.10+0.038mm含量分别增加了5.52、3.82个百分点,磨机台效提高了5.63t/h,钢球单耗降低了4.27%,单位电耗降低了9.30%,回收率提高了0.28个百分点,达到了提质增效降耗的效果,并在全公司进行技术推广。 Aiming at problems of poor grinding size characteristics, low mill capacity, high steel and electricity consumption in onestage grinding, the experimental and industrial tests by optimizing ball size distributions(BSD) were conducted by Luoyang Molybdenum Group uniting with Kunming University of Science and Technology to achieved the goal of quality-improvement and consumption-reduction. Experimental results showed that recommended BSD, i.e.Φ100∶Φ80∶Φ60∶Φ40∶Φ30=20∶30∶15∶25∶10, achieved a good performance that yield of +0.10 mm decreased 7.83 percentage points, grinding fineness increased 6.99 percentages point,-0.10+0.038 mm increased 3.83 percentage points; industrial tests showed that yield of +0.10 mm decreased 4.75 percentage points, grinding fineness and yield of-0.10+0.038 mm increased 5.52 and 3.82 percentage points respectively, mill capacity increased 5.63t/h, steel ball consumption decreased 4.27%, electricity consumption decreased 9.30%, recovery increased 0.28 percentage point, the achievement of qualityimprovement and consumption-reduction was obvious and should be put into promotion in Luoyang Molybdenum Group.
