摘要
某低品位钨钼铋多金属矿具有贫、细、杂等难选的特点,现场白钨矿生产指标低,对现场钼铋浮选尾矿研发了"硫化矿浮选-钨常温粗选-钨粗精矿加温精选"新工艺。浮硫尾矿采用组合调整剂、高效白钨矿捕收剂ZL和钨粗精矿加温精选新药剂制度,解决了低品位白钨矿浮选回收技术难题。对含WO30.21%的实验给矿,获得钨精矿WO3品位由工业生产的40%提高至61.94%、对给矿WO3回收率由工业生产的15%提高至78.40%,白钨矿得到有效的综合回收。
The characteristics of a low grade W-Mo-Bi polymetallic ore are poor, fine and complex, and the index of scheelite is poor in the plant, a new technology of "Sulfide flotation-Scheelite roughing at room temperature-Heating concentration of tungsten" is developed to the Mo-Bi flotation tailings. Measures such as combined adjustment agent, efficient scheelite collector ZL, and heating concentration of tungsten were adopted to the sulfide flotation tailings to solve the technical problems on low grade scheelite flotation. The results show that when the feed containing 0.21%WO3, WO3 grade of tungsten concentrate is increased from 40% to 61.94%, and the recovery rate of WO3 is increased from 15% to 78.40% compared with the industrial indicators,thus tungsten is comprehensively utilized.
