阐述了江西德兴某钼加工冶炼厂钼酸铵加工生产流程过程中提高钼酸铵产品品质的问题。结合生产实践对生产过程中杂质对钼酸铵的影响进行了分析,提出了通过一系列试剂的添加如何净化除杂,降低钼酸铵中的杂质含量,优化产品等级,提高产品经济效益,并对国内外类似企业具有一定的参考价值。

The problem of how to improve the product quality of ammonium molybdate in the production process of ammonium molybdate of a molybdenum smelter in Dexing Jiangxi is expounded.Combined with the production practice, the effect of impurities in the production process of ammonium molybdate is analyzed. Some methods including adding a series of reagent to purify the impurity, reduce the impurity content in ammonium molybdate, optimize product grades, improve product economic benefits are proposed, which have certain reference value for the domestic and foreign similar enterprises.
