矿铜冶炼过程中汞的走向及回收工艺探讨 被引量:2

摘要 分析了汞的基本特性及危害,并结合企业生产实践数据,对矿铜冶炼过程中汞的走向情况及对铜冶炼过程的影响进行了分析,并据此提出了除汞初步方案。项目原料中汞主要集中在占入炉原料比例10%的少量原料中,采用前端脱汞办法对汞集中的部分原料进行单独处置,从技术操作和投资成本上更有利。在前端脱汞方面,由于采用湿法(方案一)脱汞会产生含汞溶液,进一步回收精汞流程较复杂,因此前端火法脱汞回收精汞工艺更适合于本项目。 the article mainly introduce the characteristics and harm of mercury,analyses the circulating and harm of Mercury in copper smelting Process according to the production data,and finally suggests a kind of Mercury-removal technique. In the project, mercury is mainly concentrated in the 10 percent of raw materials. Therefore, in terms of the process and the cost, it is better to remove the mercury before smelting, i.e. to deal with part of the raw materials mainly containing mercury. Compared to hydrometallury, which brings mercury-containing solution and the further process is more complicated, thermometallurgy is more suitable for this project.
