摘要
对国家标准《GB/T3884.5-2015》中铜精矿中氟含量的分析方法进行了研究和改进。具体对样品前处理方法,脱水过程,熔融物的摇动方式,坩埚及熔融物的浸出和洗涤及氟离子选择电极测定过程进行了详细的研究、讨论和改进。实验证明改进后的优化方法处理含氟铜精矿样品,测定低浓度的含氟铜精矿时,准确度高,重现性好,能得到较好的效果。
the analysis methods of national standards GB/T 3884.5-2015 in copper concentrate for fluorine content determination were researched and improved. Specified to sampling process method, dehydration process, shaking way of the liquid melts, melting crucible, melts leaching and washing, fluoride ion selective electrode determination process were detailed studied, discussed and improved. The experimental results showed that the improved optimization method for deal with fluorine copper concentrate samples and fluorine determination in low fluorine copper concentrates was high accuracy, good reproducibility, which also could achieve better effect.
