摘要
[目的]通过研究青蒿素对红小豆的生长的影响,研发和开发新型的植物生长调节活性物质。[方法]通过室内水培试验,运用培养皿纸上发芽法,研究不同浓度的青蒿素制剂处理对红小豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]红小豆的发芽指标及株高、根长、鲜重、干重等均明显低于对照组,且对根的作用比茎更明显。[结论]在一定浓度范围内青蒿素制剂对红小豆种子萌发及幼苗生长有抑制作用,且抑制作用随着溶液浓度的升高而逐渐增大。
[Objective] The aim was to devolep a new kind of plant regulating substances, by studying the influence of Artemisinin on Ormosia. lMethodl By using petri dish paper sprout, Ormosia seed were treated with different concentrations of Artemisinin. [Result] Artemisinin inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of Ormosia in a certain concentration range, with the concentration increasing the inhibition effect stronger. And the effect on root was bigger than on stem. [Conclusion] Artemisinin had regulation on plant growing.
