摘要
[目的]研究茉莉酸对玉米幼苗叶片抗铜性的影响,为茉莉酸在玉米抗逆栽培管理中的应用提供理论依据。[方法]采用溶液培养方法,以空白为对照,测量铜胁迫下及添加外源茉莉酸铜胁迫下,玉米幼苗的膜透性及MDA含量、H_2O_2含量、生物量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和胡萝卜素含量。[结果]铜胁迫显著提高了玉米叶片丙二醛(MDA)、H_2O_2含量,降低了叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量及生物量。茉莉酸处理可显著提高铜胁迫下叶片叶绿素素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量及生物量,显著降低铜胁迫下叶片MDA和H_2O_2含量,从而缓解其造成的伤害。[结论]外源茉莉酸可以明显提高玉米幼苗叶片光合色素含量,从而增加生物量的积累,缓解铜胁迫造成的伤害。
[Objective] The purpose was to study the effect of jasmonic acid on copper resistance of maize seedling leaves, as to provide theoretical basis for application in maize cultivation. [Method] Membrane permeability ,MDA content, H2O2 content, biomass, chlorophyll a, b and carotene content of maize seedlings were measured under copper stress and exognous Jasmonic acid copper stress by solution culture method with comparison of CK. [Result] The results showed that copper stress markedly increased the contents of MDA and H2O2, However, copper stress markedly decreased the contents of chlorophyll a, b and carotenoid and the dry weight of maize seedling. Compared with copper stress alone, exogenous JA significantly decrease in the content of MDA and H2O2 and the increase in the content of chlorophyll a, b and carotenoid and the dry weight of maize seedling. [Conclusion] Above results suggested that exogenos JA can alleviate the injuries induced by copper stress by enchaneing the increasing the chorophyll a, b and carotenoid of maize seedling.
