摘要
大型浮绳式围拦网养殖设施作为一种海上新型养殖装备,其抗风浪能力是首要解决的问题,因而围拦网设施网衣结构的受力分析就尤为重要。依据正弦波理论和莫里森方法理论分析了围拦网设施局部网衣结构在垂直方向上的受力情况,利用网面等效法和集中质量法对局部网衣结构进行了仿真模拟,并将数值模拟结果与理论分析结果进行了对比,结果显示两者基本一致,平均误差在19%以内,其中,局部网衣结构所受的垂直波浪力随着波浪波高的增大而增大,浮子所受的浮力和垂直波浪力始终是围拦网设施垂直方向受力的主要因素。依据计算的结果,构建了大型围拦网养殖设施,顺利完成了海上抗风浪测试,结果表明围拦网设施整体结构设计的合理性,对网衣结构垂直方向上的受力分析在围拦网设施贴底系统和系泊系统的设计中具有一定的参考价值。
The large-scale floating rope round net aquaculture facility is a new equipment for aquaculture offshore,and the key to improve round net facility's ability to resist the wind and waves is the force analysis.Based on the sine wave theory and Morison method,the characters of vertical force on the local round net are analyzed.Based on the equivalent netting panel method and lumped mass method,the finite element model is established to analyze simplified netting panel.The calculating conclusion shows numerical model result well,and the average error ratio is less than 19%.Vertical force on the round net facility increases with the increase of wave height,and the buoyancy and vertical force on floater are main parts of vertical force on the round net.Wind and wave resistant performance test of the round net facility is carried on,and the test results show that the structure design of round net facility is reasonable and the vertical force analysis of round net facility in this paper has a certain reference value to design sole laying system and the mooring system.
