摘要
以上海浦东新区申江路赵家沟桥为例,介绍了刚性系杆拱桥更换吊杆的施工工艺,提出了刚性系杆拱桥更换吊杆的施工监控思路,从施工过程仿真计算、监控技术指标确定、吊杆更换的分级控制和吊杆计算长度的确定方面明确了监控过程中实施的技术要点。监控的结果表明:赵家沟桥主桥在更换吊杆前后,桥面标高、拱肋标高和吊杆索力各项指标的变化值均满足设计要求。对上海地区类似拱桥的吊杆更换具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper takes Zhaojiagou Bridge in Pu Dong District of Shanghai as an example,introduces the construction technology of hanger replacement for a rigid arch bridge and put forward the ideas of construction monitoring and control during the period of construction.The technological key points were summed up from four aspects including simulation calculation for construction process,technical indicators during the process,the hierarchical control of hanger replacement and the determination of the hanger length for calculation.The results show that the changes of the elevations about the deck and the arch,and the cable force are all within the controlled ranges during the construction process and meet the design requirements.It also can provide some experience for the similar engineering in Shanghai.
