摘要
为保证高速公路在交通事故条件下的道路通行能力、整体路网的可靠度和交通运行效率,分析了高速公路交通事故和交通流的基本特征,不同类型限流方法的特点及优缺点。结合线性控制算法与交通事故条件下高速公路的实际情况列出四个约束条件,建立了入口匝道控制模型。最后运用Matlab等软件分别从主线可插人间隙的3种情况下进行分析计算,确定出交通事故条件下匝道限流控制的最大值。为今后高速公路交通事故路段交通组织与管理提供了决策和依据。
In order to ensure expressway traffic capacity in the road traffic accident conditions,the reliability of the overall road network and the traffic efficiency,this paper analyzed the characteristics of expressway traffic accidents and traffic limit.Based on the linear programming and the real situation of the highway under traffic accidents,an optimization model for the control of the ramp entrance traffics was developed with four constraints.With the use of Matlab programming software,this paper calculated and analyzed three kinds of gap which can be inserted into the main line respectively which was used to determine the maximum value of the on-ramp traffic limit control under traffic accident conditions.It provides the decision makers with the suggestions of the traffic organization and management of the expressway traffic accident.
