摘要
随着RNA芯片、RNA测序等技术的发展,长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)作为基因组中调节基因研究的新领域,逐渐受到研究者的关注。lncRNA不仅参与细胞生物活动的各个环节,其功能失调也与多种疾病的发生发展有关。目前较多研究集中于lncRNA和肿瘤之间的关系,已有研究证实在肿瘤细胞中,某些特定lncRNA分子的表达发生变化。但近年来研究发现lncRNA还可能在免疫调节的不同时期发挥重要调控作用。本文对lncRNA在免疫调节及风湿性疾病中的作用研究作一综述,以期为风湿病的研究与防治提供新思路和新策略。
With the development of RNA chips and RNA sequencing technology,long non-coding RNA（lncRNA）,as a new field of genome,which regulates genetic regulation,attracts more attention.Not only lncRNA plays an important role in each stage of cell biological activity,it dysfunction is related to the development of many diseases. Recently,many studies focused more on the relationship between lncRNA and tumor,but recently,some studies found that lncRNA may also play a role in the regulation of immune system in different period. Therefore,this review mainly outlines the significant functions of lncRNA in the regulation of immune function and rheumatic diseases.
