围手术期严重过敏反应的病因诊断

Etiological Diagnosis of Anaphylaxis during Perioperative Period

围手术期严重过敏反应虽然发生率低,但可危及生命。对围手术期严重过敏反应进行病因诊断,对于避免患者再次暴露于变应原,诱发严重过敏反应,保证医疗安全具有重要意义。目前我国在此方面病因诊断工作的开展远远落后于国外。本文就围手术期严重过敏反应的流行病学、临床表现、常用诊断方法、可引起围手术期严重过敏反应的常见药物及试剂进行综述,以提高广大医务工作者的认识。

Though the anaphylaxis during perioperative period is a very rare condition,it can be lifethreatening. It is of far reaching importance to determinate the etiological agent（s） in order to prevent the recurrence of anaphylaxis due to the re-exposing to allergenic agent（s）. However,our country lags far behind foreign countries in this area at present. The epidemiology,clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods,and common drugs and agents that can induce anaphylaxis during perioperative period were reviewed in this paper,in order to facilitate the improvement of awareness among medical workers for anaphylaxis during perioperative period.
