针对我国目前创新力现状进行了研究,采用综合分析的研究方法,对创新力中"知识创造"能力进行深入分析,结合造成这一现状的原因,提出合理的改进方向,建立健全切实可行的改进方案路径,进而有效改善我国创新力中"知识创造"能力缺失这一现状,对我国的科学创新研究起到了一定理论指导作用。
