Talent strategy and transformation countermeasures under society and industrial revolution wave——A case study of automotive industry

在新一轮科技革命的影响下,全球社会与产业进入深刻变革期,产业演进方向、产业链结构以及企业关系等都将迎来全新变局,这其中最核心的是人的交流、协作模式发生根本性改变。由此,新形势下的人才战略和人力资源工作将更加至关重要,亟需进行全面改造和系统升级。在研究分析了本轮变革的内涵、本质及原因的基础上,以汽车产业为例,对全面变革浪潮下全新人才战略的特点和方向进行了深入探讨,并从思想转变、管理转变、人力资源管控模式转变3个层面提出了汽车产业人才战略的对策与实施建议。

Under the influence of a new round of technological revolution, the global society and industry go into a profound change period. One of the most core changes is the communication, collaboration model. Thus, under the new situation, talent strategy and human resources work will become more vital. In the research, we analyzed the connotation and essence of the revolution, discussed the characteristics and develop directions of talent strategy and thus put forward the countermeasures and proposals for automobile industry.
