乳制品质量安全问题治理机制创新研究

Study on governance mechanism innovation of the dairy products quality security

针对我国发生的乳制品质量安全问题,政府通过加强监管等一系列措施取得了一定成效,但是,问题依然发生。这表明我国乳制品质量安全形势的严峻性依然存在,乳制品质量安全问题还未得到根本解决。从经济学视角分析了我国乳制品质量安全问题的根源,进而提出治理机制的创新对策。

Aiming at the problem of the quality and safety of dairy products which has already occurred in our country, the government has taken a series of measures including enhancing supervisions to solve it, the measures have achieved some success, but the problem still occurs. This shows that the situation of quality and safety of dairy products is still severe. The problem of the quality and safety of dairy products has not been fundamentally resolved. This article first analyzes the root of the problem of the quality and safety of dairy products from the per- spective of economics, and then put forward some innovative countermeasures about governance mechanism.
