摘要
高端人才的流动与集聚对于全球高端产业的发展有着至关重要的影响作用。通过分析影响全球高端人才流动和集聚的关键因素,通过现有的条件来分析高端人才的集聚与流动现象趋势,并据此来研究与分析我国相关方面的政策来提升高端人才的集聚。
The flow of high--end talent and the development of the world＇s high--industry has a vital impact. This paper analyzes the key factors that affect the glohal high--end talent flow and agglomeration, and the future trend of the trend, through the existing conditions to analyze the trend of high--end talent gathering and flow, and to study and analyze the relevant aspects of our policy to enhance the agglomeration of high--end talent.
