低频下降型突发性聋的临床特点与治疗

Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of Sudden Deafness With Low frequency

目的探讨低频下降型突发性聋的临床特点及治疗方法。方法选择2012年10月至2016年1月经我院治疗的34例低频下降型突发性聋患者,按系统疗程治疗,观察疗效,并行随访观察。结果本组治疗方法优于其他方法。34例患者经治疗后19例(55.88%)治愈,13例好转,有效率为94.12%。结论低频下降型突发性聋按本疗程治疗预后较好,而且越早治疗效果越好。

Objective To study the acute low frequency sensorineural hearing loss clinical characteristics and treatment methods.Methods Select 34 patients with sudden deafness with low frequency,2012.10-2014.1in Inner Mongolia medical university affiliated hospital and through the system course of treatment,observation curative effect and parallel follow-up observation.Results This treatment method is better than other methods 34 cases of patients after treatment of 19cases（55.88%）were cured,13 cases improved,2cases of invalid,the effective rate was 94.12%.Conclusion Sudden deafness with low frequency through systemic treatment prognosis is good,and the earlier treatment lead to the better the results.
