摘要
目的分析手术与非手术治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法选取我院在2014年的6月至2016年的1月院收治的53例根骨骨折患者,按照所选治疗方法不同分为非手术治疗组和手术治疗组,对比两组疗效。结果手术治疗组优良率明显高于非手术治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗根骨骨折与非手术治疗相比疗效更佳,利于患者及早开始功能锻炼,减少了并发症发生率。
Objective To analysis the curative effect of surgical and non-surgical treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods Our hospital from June 2014-January 2016 yuan of 53 cases of bone fracture patients,according to the selected treatment method divided into non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment group,compared two groups of curative effect.Results The treatment group was significantly higher than that of non-surgical operation treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Surgical treatment of bone fractures compared with nonoperative treatment curative effect is better,to start early in patients with functional exercise,reduce the incidence of complications.
