摘要
血栓性外痔是肛肠科的常见病,多因排便或负重时肛门静脉丛破裂,血液溢出血管外,从而形成血栓在皮下隆起,患者自觉局部肿胀、疼痛,由于病变部位的特殊性,会影响到患者的生活、工作,降低生活质量,目前临床上治疗血栓性外痔的方法多种多样,本文将从手术治疗、中药熏洗治疗等方面对血栓性外痔的治疗进展作一综述。
Thrombotic external hemorrhoids are anorectal common disease,mostly due to the anal venous plexus rupture and blood spilled outside the blood vessels when defecation or weight,thereby forming thrombus in the subcutaneous uplift,the patient conscious local swelling,pain,due to lesion site specificity,will affect the patient of thrombotic external hemorrhoids in a variety of ways.This paper reviewed in the treatment of progress from the surgical treatment,Chinese medicine fumigation and other aspects of the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.
