汽车同步器性能测控系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对汽车同步器的重要性及目前相关试验设备的缺陷,开发了一套完整的汽车同步器性能测控系统。首先阐释了同步器的评价指标,然后概述了研制的汽车同步器性能测控系统的机械结构、硬件结构以及软件结构,最后对试验结果进行了分析。结果表明,开发出的系统精度高,自动化程度高,试验效率高,安全稳定性好,对同步器的性能检测及研制具有重大意义。 For the importance of automobile synchronizer and the defects of present relevant test equipment, a complete automobile synchronizer performance measurement and control system is developed. Firstly, the evaluation index of synchronizer is described, and then the structures of machinery, hardware and software are summarized for the developed automobile synchronizer performance measurement and control system, finally, the test results are analyzed. The results show that the developed system has high precision, high automation, high test efficiency, good safety and stability, and has a great significance for performance testing and development of the synchronizer.
