PDCA循环在输血申请单规范填写管理中的作用

Study on Effect of PDCA Circulation in the Standardized Filling Management of Blood Transfusion Application Form

目的探讨应用PDCA循环进行输血申请单规范填写管理的作用。方法选取该院2014年1—6月临床开具的输血申请单200例作为对照组,同时选择2015年1—6月运用PDCA循环管理方案临床开具的输血申请单200例作为观察组,观察两组输血申请单规范填写情况,进行对照分析。结果对照组填写规范率56.5%,观察组填写规范率93.0%,观察组1—6月输血申请单填写规范率均明显高于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用血量明显下降,手术人次增多,说明血液利用率提高。结论 PDCA循环进行输血申请单规范填写管理的作用突出,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of PDCA circulation in the standardized filling management of blood transfusion application form. Methods 200 cases of blood transfusion application forms issued in our hospital in clinic from January2014 to June 2014 were selected as the control group, and 200 cases of blood transfusion application forms issued in our hospital by using PDCA circulation management plan in clinic from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group, and the filing condition of blood transfusion application form was observed for clinical comparative analysis.Results The filling standardized rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（93.0% vs56.5%）, and the result had an obvious difference（P〈0.05）, and the blood consumption in the observation group obviously decreased, and the operation person increased, which indicated that the utilization rate of blood was improved. Conclusion The effect of PDCA circulation in the standardized filling management of blood transfusion application form is prominent,which is worth promotion and application in clinical practice.
