综合管理在集中消毒供应室护理管理中的价值评价

Evaluation of Value of General Value in the Nursing Management in the Concentrated Sterile Supply Department

目的探究综合管理在集中消毒供应室护理管理中的效果,并对其效果进行评价。方法在2015年1—6月期间集中消毒供应室使用常规的管理措施,在2015年7—12月间使用综合管理的办法对集中消毒供应室进行护理管理,并对在这两段期间集中消毒供应室的管理效果进行评价。结果在实施综合管理的措施之后,集中消毒供应室的服务质量评分为(94.4±18.3)分、护理质量为(93.1±13.3)分、收回供给及时度(97.8±12.3)分、工作人员的服务意识评分为(96.4±13.7)分、安全意识为(92.2±16.3)分、防范意识为(96.5±15.3)分,相对于实施前均得到了比较高的提高,两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论综合管理在集中消毒供应室护理管理中进行应用,对于提高医院医护人员的工作态度,提高服务人员的服务意识和方法意识、安全意识具有非常重要的作用,在护理过程中具有非常重要的推广意义和价值。

Objective To study the effect of general value in the nursing management in the concentrated sterile supply department and evaluate its effect. Methods The routine management measures were adopted in the concentrated sterile supply department from January 2015 to June 2015, and the general management method for nursing management was adopted in the concentrated sterile supply department from July 2015 to December 2015, and the management effect was evaluated.Results After the implementation of general management measures, the service quality score, nursing quality, rapidity of supply recovery in the concentrated sterile supply department were respectively（94.4±18.3）scores,（93.1±13.3）scores and（97.8 ±12.3）scores, and the service awareness score, safety awareness score and preventive awareness score of the working staff in the experimental group were respectively（96.4±13.7）scores,（92.2±16.3）scores and（96.5±15.3）scores, which were higher than those before carrying out, and the differences between groups had statistical significance. Conclusion The application of general value in the nursing management in the concentrated sterile supply department is vital to improve the working attitude of medical staff in the hospital, improving the service awareness, method awareness and safety awareness of the service staff, and it is worth promotion in the nursing course.
