摘要
目的分析耳麦式对讲机在护理工作中的应用优势。方法调查21名工作人员对耳麦式对讲机的使用情况;对比分析使用前后噪音强度和患者满意度变化。结果 90%以上的医护人员可以掌握使用方法,使用后噪音强度为(44.45±0.99)db,满意度为(95.23%±4.5)%,与使用前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳麦式对讲机使用简单,方便携带,交流快速,可以减少噪音,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application advantages of headset interphone in the nursing work. Methods The application condition of 21 cases of working staff was surveyed, and the noise intensity and change of satisfactory degree of patients before and after use were compared and analyzed. Results More than 90 percent of medical staff can master the use method, and the noise intensity and satisfactory degree after use were respectively（44.45±0.99） db and（5.23%±4.5）%,and the differences had statistical significance compared with those before use（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of headset interphone is simple, and it is convenient to carry and the communication is rapid, which can reduce noises and it is worth promotion and application.
