摘要
随着药师职能和工作模式的转变,医疗机构药房工作的重心已经由单纯的配方发药逐步转向"以患者为中心"的药学服务上来。为了给患者提供更好的药学服务,该文结合医疗机构药房工作的具体实践以及日常工作中的一些具体体会,从窗口药学服务时易忽略的细节问题着手,探讨如何做好药学服务工作,促进合理用药,增加患者用药依从性,提高药物疗效。
With the change of pharmacist's role and working pattern, the working focus in the pharmacy in the medical institution has gradually changed from simple dispense drugs to patient-centered pharmacy service, in order to better provide pharmacy service for patients, the paper studies how to do a good job of pharmacy service, promote the rational medication,increase the medication compliance of patients and improve the drug curative effect from the neglected details in the window pharmacy service combined with some specific experience in the daily work in the pharmacy work in the medical institutions.
