摘要
目的探讨临床路径结合标准化病人在普外科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取普外科2011级实习学生120名作为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组60人,对两组学生分别采用临床路径与标准化病人相结合式教学法和传统式教学法进行教学,采取出科考试的形式进行效果评价。结果实验组学生理论成绩(83.02±5.79)分明显高于对照组学生成绩(78.85±6.89)分,实验组学生技能操作成绩(92.10±5.16)分明显高于对照组学生成绩(81.45±6.13)分,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床路径与标准化病人相结合的教学法应用在临床普外科实习教学中,明显提高了学生的理论知识水平及临床操作技能,提升了学习的主动性,训练了学生的沟通能力,同时也解决了临床病例资源不足的问题,值得广大医学院校推广应用。
bjective To study the application effect of clinical path combined with standardized patient in the practical teaching in the department of general surgery. Methods 120 cases of practice students in the department of general surgery in 2011 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, both groups respectively adopted the clinical path combined with standardized patient and traditional teaching, and the effect was evaluated by the after-the-department examination forms. Results The theoretical score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(83.02±5.79) marks vs(78.85±6.89) marks, and the skill operation score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group[(92.10±5.16) marks vs(81.45±6.13) marks], and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical path combined with standardized patient teaching method in the practice teaching in the department of general surgery can obviously improve the theoretical knowledge level and clinical operation skill of students, improve the learning initiative, train the communication ability of students and also solve the issues of insufficient clinical case resources, which is worth promotion and application for extensive medical colleges.
