学科建设是高等医学院校建设的主要核心主题,教师培养应是医学院校教育的应有之义。医学院校发展逐渐由规模扩张向质量提升转变,如何做好学科建设规划,对推动医学院校的发展具有重要的意义。该文通过调研该院基础医学院2010—2015年师资培训概况,浅析师资培训在人才梯队培养中的地位,完善学科建设的重要作用,以期促进医学院校学科建设并提出有利意见。

The discipline construction is the major core theme of construction of medical colleges, and the training of teachers should be the inherent meaning of medical college education, and the development of medical college gradually changes from scale expansion to quality improvement, how to do a good job in the discipline construction plan is of important significance to promoting the development of medical colleges, the paper analyzes the status of teacher training in the talent team training and improving the important role of discipline construction by surveying the teacher training status of basic medical college in our hospital from 2010 to 2015 in order to promote the discipline construction of medical colleges.
