人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用

目的探讨人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月该院收治的120例患者以及40名护理人员为研究对象,随机划分为两组,各60例患者,常规组给予常规护理管理,人性化组给予人性化护理管理,观察人性化管理模式应用效果。结果人性化组的护理人员满意率、人员流失率、投诉率、护理差错发生率均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);人性化组的患者护理质量评分、护理满意度均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中应用人性化管理模式,提高了护理质量,满足了护患需求,值得推广。

Objective To study the application of humanistic management model in the nursing management. Methods 120 cases of patients and 40 cases of nursing staff admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the routine group adopted the routine nursing management, while the humanistic group adopted the humanistic nursing management, and the application effect of humanistic management model was observed. Results The nursing staff satisfactory rate, staff turnover rate, compliant rate and incidence rate of nursing errors in the humanistic group were better than those in the routine group, and the differences had statistical significance, P〈0.05, and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfactory degree in the humanistic group were higher than those in the routine group, and the differences had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of humanistic management model in the nursing management can improve the nursing quality and meet the nurse-patient demands, which is worth promotion.
