医护一体化管理模式在剖宫产术后康复中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Medical Integration Management Model in the Postoperative Recovery of Cesarean Section

目的分析医护一体化管理模式在剖宫产产妇术后康复中的应用效果。方法将2015年8月—2016年7月收治的316例剖宫产产妇按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组158例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实行医护一体化管理模式。对比两组产妇术后康复时间及产妇满意度。结果观察组术后第一次下床活动、尿管拔出、第一次进食及半流质饮食时间均明显较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化管理模式在剖宫产术后应用能有效促进产妇的康复,并提升其满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of medical integration management model in the postoperative recovery of cesarean section. Methods 316 cases of delivery women with cesarean section admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 158 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the medical integration management model on the basis of the routine nursing, and the postoperative recovery time and satisfactory degree of delivery women were compared. Results The first off-bed activity time, pulling out catheter, first eating and semifluid eating time in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group, P〈0.05; the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of medical integration management model in the cesarean section after operation can effectively promote the recovery of delivery women and improve their satisfactory degrees.
