简析精神科护理不良事件原因及对策

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Nursing Adverse Events in the Department of Psychiatry

目的对精神科护理不良事件原因进行分析,并提出相关的对策。方法分析该院2015年1月—2016年1月精神科室60例患者发生的护理不良事件,并且对其发生的原因进了探讨,最终提出有关策略。结果在60例精神科患者出现的不良护理事件中,其中发生频率最高的是跌倒致伤,其次是患者冲动行为及外走,不同程度的事件将会导致患者出现不同程度的损伤,在跌倒中会导致患者出现轻中度的损伤。精神科室患者出现不良事件的时间段主要是在7:00~10:00之间,以及17:00~18:00之间;患者产生不良事件的主要原因就是护理人员的护理措施不当,尤其是一些年轻经验不丰富的护理人员。结论为了有效提升病房的安全管理,那么必须要规范护理管理的流程,能够科学合理地进行人力资源的配置,并且要对护理人员进行教育工作,不断提升护理技能,避免在精神科护理中出现一些问题,降低不良事件发生的几率,提升患者及家属的满意度。

Objective To analyze the causes of nursing adverse events in the department of psychiatry and put forwards the related strategies. Methods The nursing adverse events of 60 cases of patients in the department of psychiatry in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were analyzed and the causes were discussed and the related strategies were finally put forwards. Results The occurrence frequency of falling injury was the highest, and the impulsive behavior was the second, and going out was the third, and different degrees of events would lead to different degrees of injuries, and mild and moderate degrees of injury occurred to patients in falling, and the main time phase of adverse events in the department of psychiatry was between 7：00 and 10：00 and 17：00 and 18：00, and the main causes of adverse events of patients were the improper nursing measures of nursing staff, especially some young nursing staff lack of experience. Conclusion In order to effectively improve the safety management of ward, we must standardize the nursing management course, carry out the scientific and rational human resource allocation and education for nursing staff, constantly improve the nursing skill, avoid some issues in the nursing in the department of psychiatry, reduce the occurrence probability of adverse events and improve the satisfactory degree of patients and their family.
