原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前肝癌介入治疗是原发性肝癌非手术治疗的首选方法 ,多数患者经治疗后症状得到缓解,生存期明显延长,生活质量提高,该院肿瘤部实施临床护理路径可改善原发性肝癌患者介入术后护理质量和提高患者的满意度。在临床护理路径记录中,用打勾的形式记录,简洁、明了,护理计划、实施、评价一目了然,缩短了书写护理记录的时间,避免不必要的浪费,提高了工作效率。通过实施护理路径模式,也促使科室内护士不断学习,钻研业务,增强了护士的责任感和技术水平,使患者在温馨、融洽和安全的医疗环境中得到最优的护理服务,并能及时发现患者的思想动态。该组数据表明,试验组患者的住院天数、住院费用与对照组相比较均明显减少,患者满意度提高,提高了护理质量。该研究结果显示,临床护理路径有利于原发性肝癌患者的护理,值得被推广与应用。
