“常用精神药物用药方法与用药年龄限制”资料库的建立及应用

Establishment and application of Database for taking time and age limit of common psychotropic drugs

目的建立"常用精神药物用药方法与用药年龄限制"资料库以指导精神科医务人员及精神病患者合理用药。方法收集整理常见精神药物说明书,按"常用精神药物用药方法与用药年龄限制"要素,对其进行分类总结,并按药物服用的基本知识进行归纳。结果餐中服用的药品占6.3%,饭前饭后均可服用或未标明的占89.1%,应整片吞服的占14.1%,每天服1次并应注意服用时间的占28.1%,儿童限制使用的占89.1%,老人限制使用的占29.7%,孕哺妇女限制使用的占100%。结论建立"常用精神药物用药方法与用药年龄限制"资料库,方便精神科医务人员与药学人员指导患者合理用药。

Objective To establish the psychotropic drugs database for commonly use method and age limit,used as the guidance by medical personnel in psychiatric and mental patients ration.Methods To collect common psychotropic drug instructions,to carry on the classified summary according to the ＂ commonly used psychotropic drugs and medication regimens age limit ＂ elements,and to summarize according to the basic knowledge of drugs taking.Results From the conclusion,6.3% medicines should be taken while meal,89.1%medicines should be taken before and after meals,12.5% should be taken as a whole piece,28.1% should be taken 1 times a day and should pay attention to taking time,89.1% were forbidden from children,29.7% were forbidden from children,and 100% were forbidden from women in pregnancy and lactation.Conclusions The establishment of the database for the taking time and age limit of psychotropic drugs is helpful for the doctor to guide the rational taking of medicines.
