摘要
目的了解TBL(team based learning)教学法用于妇产科实习教学的应用效果,以提高本学科教学水平,增强学生学习兴趣,培养学生学习能力。方法选取2015年1—6月在安徽医科大学第二附属医院妇产科实习的临床医学系学生3批共94名为研究对象,分为TBL教学组和对照组,实习结束后比较两组的教学效果。结果实验组各批学生间在腔镜模拟器练习成绩方面有差异(P=0.04),在个人和团体理论测试、PPT制作等方面没有差异(P>0.05);实验组与对照组在理论和操作两方面得分上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习满意度调查发现实验组和对照组除"实习兴趣"以外的各选项结果均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 TBL教学法联合腔镜模拟器训练在妇产科实习教学的部分内容中取得良好效果,但广泛应用尚有待进一步探索。
Objective This study focuses on effects of team-based-learning(TBL) teaching method and laparoscopy simulator in Obstetrics and Gynecology practice,so as to improve teaching quality,arouse students' interest and develop their learning capability.Methods Three batches of clinical interns(94 students in total)in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January to June,2015 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into TBL Group and Control Group.Teaching effects between groups were evaluated and compared after internship.Results Among subgroups of TBL Group,there was difference in the scores of laparoscopy simulator practice:while no difference was found in individual and subgroup theory examination and PPT preparation.There were statistical differences in theory and practice exam between TBL Group and Control Group,especially in practice exam(P〈0.001).Except for learning interest,results in satisfactory rate were significantly different between the two groups(P〈0.05),especially in theory digest(P = 0.008) and problem analysis(P = 0.019).Conclusions Effects of TBL combined with laparoscopy simulator practice are proved to be excellent in Obstetrics and Gynecology teaching:while further investigation need to be done in wide application.
