术前访视在妇科腹腔镜下子宫切除术的应用及效果

Application and efficacy of preoperative visiting in gynecological laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的探讨术前访视在妇科腹腔镜下子宫切除术的应用及效果。方法本院于2013年3月至2016年5月妇科收治的拟择期实施腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者84例随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各42例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施术前访视,比较两组患者的SAS、SDS评分状况,按时手术率、患者满意度及手术配合良好率。结果研究组患者术后7 d的SAS及SDS评分均显著低于对照组同期,P<0.001;研究组患者的按时手术率、满意度及手术配合良好率均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论术前访视可有效改善腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者的焦虑及抑郁状态,提升按时手术率、患者满意度及手术配合良好率,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application and efficacy of preoperative visiting in gynecological laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 84 patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy from March 2013 to May2016 from our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each group contained 42 cases.patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the study group were given preoperative visiting on the basis of the control group.The SAS,SDS scores,time-to-operation rate,patient satisfaction rate and good operative rate were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the 7th days after surgery（P〈0.001）.The operation time,satisfaction and the good rate of operation were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Preoperative visiting can improve the anxiety and depression state of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients,and improve on-time operation rate,patient satisfaction and excellent rate of Surgical coordination.it is worth worth applications.
