细节护理对肺癌患者放疗应用效果的影响

Clinical effect of detail nursing on radiotherapy patients with lung cancer

目的探究放疗过程中细节护理对肺癌患者的临床效果。方法共纳入64例肺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各32例。对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组患者接受细节护理,比较两组患者的住院费用及患者对医疗护理的满意度。结果经过不同方式护理后,研究组患者的住院费用(15 851.22±4 002.34)元,显著低于对照组患者的住院费用(20 036.16±5 029.98)元;研究组的总满意度(100.00%)明显高于对照组的总满意度(84.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理放疗的肺癌患者中,可以明显减轻患者的经济负担,在临床上应用更多,更值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of detail nursing on patients with lung cancer during radiotherapy.Methods A total of 64 patients with lung cancer were enrolled in the study,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,patients in the study group received detailed care,the hospitalization expenses of two groups of patients and the satisfaction of patients to medical care were compared.Results After different ways of care,the study group of patients with hospitalization costs（15 851.22±4 002.34）Yuan,significantly lower than the control group of patients in hospital costs（20 036.16 ± 5 029.98） Yuan.The total satisfaction of the study group（100%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（84.38%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The patient ＇ s economic burden can be significantly reduced by detail nursing on radiotherapy patients with lung cancer,the nursing method is widely used in clinic,it is worthy of promoting in the care of patients.
