论教育对个体社会化的促进

On Promotion of Education to Individual Socialization

人是人类和个体存在的辩证统一,人的发展是一个社会化和个性化相统一的过程。教育作为一种促进个体社会化的有目的、有计划的社会活动,亦是个体社会化的中介环节和重要途径。研究认为个体社会化必须具备所处社会的主体特征和素质,并掌握所处时代的知识、能力、行为准则和思维方式;经由教育而致的个体认同和内化的完成是个体社会化的关键,并以社会规范学习为例来详细证明这一论点。

Human is a dialectical unity of human being and individual,and human development is an unified process of socialization and individuation. Education is a purposive and planned social activity of promoting individual socialization,as well as a means and important channel. The paper argues that individual should possess’ main features and inner quality of his period,and learns knowledge,ability,rule of conduct,mode of thinking of his period. It is a key that achieving individual self-identity and internalization by education could reach individual socialization. Upon these points,the author takes social normal learning to prve it.
