摘要 为了准确控制甲基丙烯酸甲酯浓度,减少其对人体健康带来的危害,本试验采用人工嗅辨法,电子鼻技术对甲基丙烯酸甲酯气味进行研究.结果表明:甲基丙烯酸甲酯水溶液在30℃时达到气液平衡时间为30 min;甲基丙烯酸甲酯的人工嗅辨法、电子鼻法和气相色谱法的检出限分别为0.45μg/m L,6.1 ng/m L和50 ng/m L;Fox4000电子鼻检测甲基丙烯酸甲酯的精密度良好,对甲基丙烯酸甲酯敏感的传感器为PA/2,P30/1,T30/1和T70/2;其对甲基丙烯酸甲酯的灵敏度高于人工嗅辨法.本试验为建立有效客观的气味分析方法奠定了基础. In order to reduce the harm of methyl methacrylate( MMA) to human health,the concentration of MMA in environment has to be controlled accurately. In this paper,the odor of MMA was studied in terms of olfactory discrimination,electronic nose and gas chromatograph methods. The results showed that at 30 ℃ the time required to reach vapor-liquid equilibrium of MMA solution was30 min. The olfactory detection limit of MMA was 0. 45 μg / m L,the electronic nose 6. 1 ng / m L,the gas chromatography 50 g / m L. The sensitivity of the detectors equipped by the electronic nose Fox4000 has been determined. It was found that the detectors PA /2,P30 /1,T30 /1 and T70 /2were sensitive to MMA and their detection limits for MMA were better than olfactory discrimination method. The experimental results obtained in this paper established a foundation for effective and objective examination of MMA odor.
