三阴三阳开阖枢机红外热像图模型的构建及其在六经辨证论治指导价值的初探

Building of Sanyingsanyangkaiheshuji Infrared Thermal Imaging Models and Its Guiding Value on Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation

《素问·阴阳离合论》指出"三阳之离合也,太阳为开,阳明为阖,少阳为枢……三阴之离合也,太阴为开,厥阴为阖,少阴为枢"。作者利用经络红外热成像检测观察到天气对人体的影响会因体质的个体差异而表现不同,但在相同气运下人体脏腑及经络的偏颇是存在典型共性的,这种共性源于特殊运气格局对人体特定脏腑及经络的靶向影响。由此推知,在三阴三阳开阖枢机主事影响下人体必然有相应的脏腑及经络与之相感应,经过对2011—2015年五运六气影响下的各枢机主事阶段由于枢机不利而出现的特征性经络红外热像图特点分析的观察总结,作者初步构建了常态下三阴三阳开阖枢机人体经络气血状态的模型。同时,针对《伤寒论》六经辨证论治体系是一种时位辨证的论点,作者结合常态下三阴三阳开阖枢机经络气血状态的模型,捕捉不同气运格局影响下三阴三阳枢机开阖不利的特征性"伤寒热图",对指导临床六经辨证论治具有客观的指导作用。

＂Suwen＂said： ＂ the clutch of the three yang,the taiyang is open,Yangming is closure,shanyang is pivot…the clutch of the three yin,the taiyn is open,Jueyin is closure,shaoyin is pivot ＂. We used the meridian infrared thermal imaging to observe the human body and found out that the influences of the weather to the human body can be different due to the differences of human physical fitness,but there exists some common imbalances of the human meridian on the same year,those common imbalances from the influence of the unique yunqi position. Therefore,under the influence of Sanyingsanyangkaiheshuji,human body must have related viscera and meridian corresponding to it. After observing the summary of the characteristics of the meridian infrared thermal images between 2011-2015,we initially built a model of the status of the human meridian and qi and blood under the nomal Sanyingsanyangkaiheshuji. also,based on the theory of＂shanghanlun Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation system is a system of time and position Differentiation＂,integrated with the model of the status of the human meridian and qi and blood under the nomal Sanyingsanyangkaiheshuji,we grasped the＂shanhan infrared thermal images ＂,those images can be an objective guide to the Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation.
