百合固金汤加减治疗肺癌放射治疗不良反应56例观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察传统中药百合固金汤加减对肺癌放射治疗的减毒作用效果。方法:将2013年3月至2016年2月收治我院的56例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(放射治疗+中药治疗)和对照组(放射治疗),每组28例患者,观察2组患者经过不同治疗方式后放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎及骨髓抑制的发生率。结果:56例非小细胞肺癌患者经过不同方式的治疗后,2度以上的放射性肺炎发生情况为:治疗组发生2例,对照组发生8例;2度以上的放射性食管炎发生情况为:治疗组发生9例,对照组发生18例;2度以上骨髓抑制发生情况为:治疗组发生12例,对照组发生21例。2组患者经过治疗后治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统中药百合固金汤加减能降低肺癌放射治疗后放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎及骨髓抑制的发生率,改善肺癌患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床进行进一步的深入研究及推广应用。 Objective: To observe the effect of Baihe Gujin decoction in relieving the toxicity of lung cancer radiotherapy. Methods: Fifty-six cases of non small cell lung cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the treatment group( radiation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy) and control group( radiation therapy),with 28 patients in each. To observe the incidence of radiation pneumonia and radiation esophagitis. Results: After treatment,over 2 degree radiation pneumonitis occurred as: 2 cases in the treatment group and 8 cases in the control group; over2 degree radiation esophagitis occurred as: 9 cases in the treatment group and 18 cases in the control group; over 2 degree bone marrow suppression occurred as: 12 cases in the treatment group and 21 cases in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Beihe Gujin decoction can significantly reduce the occurrence of radiation pneumonitis,radiation esophagitis and bone marrow suppression,improve the clinical symptoms,quality of life of patients. It is worthy of further study and clinical application.
