慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的中医治疗研究进展

Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation period(AECOPD) in treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is reviewed

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)是呼吸科临床常见病和多发病,急性加重期(Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,AECOPD)是COPD病情进一步发展表现,直接影响患者的愈后及死亡率。目前,西医对COPD的治疗以吸氧、应用支气管舒张剂、糖皮质激素为主,急性加重期辅以抗生素,并结合患者病情加用呼吸兴奋剂、机械通气等治疗手段。近年来,应用中医治疗AECOPD的研究也日益增多,并取得了较好的临床疗效。本文兹就近年来有关AECOPD的中医治疗研究进展总结分析。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） is a clinical common disease and frequently-occurring disease,respiratory acute exacerbation period（ AECOPD） is a condition to further develop COPD,a direct impact on patients and mortality after healing. At present,the application of western medicine in the treatment of COPD with oxygen,bronchial relaxation and glucocorticoid,acute aggravating period with antibiotics,and combining with the patients with respiratory stimulants,such as mechanical ventilation treatment. In recent years,the study of the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of AECOPD is also increasing,and have achieved good clinical effect. In this paper,we summarize the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine research progress about AECOPD summary analysis.
