观察抗纤维化治疗对“无毒”慢乙肝的作用

Clinical Effect of Anti-fibrosis Treatment on“Non-toxic”Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:观察抗纤维化治疗对"无毒"慢乙肝的作用。方法:将128例乙肝肝纤维化患者随机分为治疗组与对照组每组64例;对照组给予常规西药恩替卡韦抗病毒和护肝治疗:治疗组在此基础上加服安络化纤丸,2组均治疗24周为1个疗程,观察2组患者治疗前后主要症状体征、肝功能、肝纤维化血清学指标、肝脏瞬时弹性成像(Fibroscan)检查肝脏硬度值(LSM)。结果:1)综合疗效比较:治疗组显效32例,有效28例,无效4例,总有效率93.75%;对照组分别为19、29、16例,总有效率75%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t=13.33,P<0.05)。2)肝功能及肝纤维化血清学指标改善情况比较:治疗组各项指标的改善均优于对照组,HN与对照组比较,t=8.51,P<0.05;HA与对照组比较,t=6.28,P<0.05;Iv-C与对照组比较,t=7.32,P<0.05;PCⅢ与对照组比较,t=6.19,P<0.05。3)肝脏瞬时弹性成像检查肝脏硬度值改善情况:治疗组优于对照组(t=13.60,P=0.01)。结论:抗纤维化治疗乙肝或肝硬化患者有效、安全、可靠,能够显著提高乙肝肝纤维化患者西医常规疗法的综合疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of anti-fibrosis treatment on the chronic hepatitis B.Methods：Total 128 cases of hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group;the control group was given conventional western medicine;treatment group was given Anluo Huaxian Pill on the basis of control group,two groups were treated for 24 weeks.The symptoms and signs,liver function,hepatic fibrosis serological markers,liver instantaneous elasticity imaging（ Fibro Scan） examination of the liver hardness value（ LSM） were observed.Results：There were 32 cases markedly effective and 28 cases effective in the treatment group and 4 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 93.75%,the control group was 75%,the difference between the two groups was significant（ t = 13.33）.The results of liver function and liver fibrosis serum index：the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.As for the result of the liver stiffness value by transient elastic imaging of the liver：the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion：Anti-fibrosis treatment is effective,safe and reliable,and can significantly improve curative effect of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
