我国高耗水工业行业节水现状分析及政策建议

Analysis and Suggestions on Water Conservation of High Water-intensive Industries in China

高耗水工业一直是我国用水管理和节水监管的重要对象。探索各高耗水行业用水特征以及耗水规律,对于各行业节水措施的实施具有重要的意义。本文对八种高耗水工业行业的用水及节水现状进行统计和分析,梳理节水工艺进展,计算了部分行业的水资源重复利用率,并根据各行业节水技术发展情况提出高耗水工业节水措施,为高耗水工业的用水效率提升、节水管理优化以及节水模式打造提供决策参考。

Water-intensive industries have been an important object of water management and water conversation regulation in China. It＇ s meaningful for the implementation of various water conversation measures by exploring the characteristics and patterns of water consumption in different water-intensive industries. In this paper, the pressent situation of water consumption and conservation in eight different water-intensive industries is analyzed statistically. Water reuse rates of the eight industries are calculated. In according to the development of water conservation technologies of different industries, pertinent measures are put forward to improve the water reuse rate and water management efficiency. The suggestions can not only contribute to the optimization of water consumption management, but also help to construct adequate water conservation mode.
