摘要
本文重点分析我国城市大气污染严重的问题现状,进一步完善汽车尾气污染防治的政策措施,针对问题出现的体制机制原因,借鉴国外治理经验,提出符合我国城市实际的可行性政策建议。
The article focuses on solving the problem of serious urban air pollution in China, and further improving the policy measures of automobile exhaust pollution prevention and control. For the institutional reasons that arise in the problem, the artical learn from foreign governance experienceputs ,and puts forward some feasible policy suggestions in line with the actual situation of cities in China.
