摘要
本文研究了不锈钢渣、碳钢渣、高炉渣(水渣)的易磨性,研究了不锈钢渣微粉、碳钢渣微粉、水渣微粉的基本特性(包括活性、物相组成及颗粒形貌),并通过差热分析研究了不锈钢渣、碳钢渣、水渣微粉活性不同的机理。在此基础上,进行钢铁渣复合微粉的活性试验。试验表明:钢渣微粉、水渣微粉双掺制备钢渣-水渣复合微粉,实现了钢渣粉和水渣粉优势互补,并避免产生单独使用水渣粉和钢渣粉的缺点,可有效改善水泥性能,成为钢渣高附加值利用的主要方向。
The research were carried on grindability of stainless steel slag,carbon steel slag and blast furnace slag,the basic properties on ultra –fine powder of stainless steel slag,carbon steel slag and blast furnace slag were also conducted. The further research were finished on activity mechanism of stainless steel slag,carbon steel slag and blast furnace slag by using differential thermal analysis,Finally,the experiments were performed on production of composite ultra –fine powder,the results indicated that cement quality improve by blending ultra –fine powder of steel slag and blast furnace slag,the mechanism lies in avoiding weakness and take advantage of strengths of each powder,such production practice will become dominating trend in the future.
