大熊猫国家公园陕西秦岭区生态旅游发展策略

Ecotourism development strategy of Giant Panda National Park in Qinling area of Shaanxi province

为了促进陕西秦岭地区生态保护和资源利用的协调发展,通过对国家公园和生态旅游的关系进行梳理,可知生态旅游是国家公园游憩发展的最佳形式。调查发现,大熊猫国家公园陕西秦岭区的旅游业存在旅游开发影响生态资源质量、忽略社区有序参与、没有进行规范化管理等问题,在发展生态旅游的必要性探讨基础之上,对大熊猫国家公园陕西秦岭区生态旅游提出划定游憩科普区发展生态旅游、重视原有基础设施的使用、加强环境教育规划、引导社区参与、重视游客管理等发展策略。

In order to promote coordinated development of ecological protection and resources utilization, eco-tourism is the best form of recreation development based on the analysis of the relationship between the national park and ecotourism. Through investigation, we found that the Giant Panda National Park in Qinling area of Shaanxi province existed many tourism problems, such as affecting the quality of ecological resources, ignoring the orderly commu- nity participation, non-standard management, etc. By discussing the necessity of developing ecotourism, this article proposed the development strategy of eco-tourism, including desig- nating recreation science area, making better use of existed infrastructure, strengthening en- vironmental education planning, guiding the community participation, attaching great impor- tance to the tourist management etc.
