泉州市洛江区2016年秋季重大动物疫病免疫抗体监测情况与分析

摘要 高致病性禽流感、口蹄疫、猪瘟等重大动物疫病对畜禽业的危害非常严重,目前疫苗免疫是预防和控制动物疫病最有效的途径,免疫抗体监测能很好地反应出免疫效果的好坏。为了掌握洛江区重大动物疫病的疫苗免疫效果,按照泉州市动物疫病监测计划的要求,对洛江区6个乡镇(街道)的1531份免疫血清进行了抗体监测。结果显示,重大动物疫病免疫抗体合格率均达到或超过农业部规定的合格标准,说明洛江区2016年秋季重大动物疫病免疫效果总体良好。 Highly pathogenic avian influenza,foot-and-mouth disease,classical swine fever and other major animal disease are seriously harmful to livestock and poultry industry. At present vaccine is the most effective way to prevent and control animal disease,so immune antibody monitoring can well reflect the immune effect. According to the requirement of animal epidemic disease monitoring program given by the city of Quanzhou,in order to control vaccine immune effect of major animal disease in Luojiang,antibody monitoring for 1531 copies of immune serum from 6 township(subdistrict offices) across Luojiang are taken. The results show that qualification rate of the major animal disease immune antibody reached or exceeded the standard stipulated by the ministry of agriculture and the effect of major animal epidemic disease immunity in Luojiang in the fall of 2016 is overall good.
