Accelerating the Investment and Financing Mechanism Innovation & Promoting the Development of Forestry Industry

林业产业是事关经济社会可持续发展的重大课题:党的十八大以来,党和政府高度重视我国林业产业发展。然而,目前我国林业产业仍然存在投融资机制落后,社会资本进入困难等问题,制约了产业发展与转型升级。建议综合采取推广政府与社会资本合作模式,创造条件引入社会长期资金等政策措施,加快林业投融资机制创新,释放改革红利。

The forestry industry is an important issue which relates to the sustainable economic and social development. Since the eighteenth congress, the party and the government attach great importance to the forestry industry development in our country. However, the forestry industry of our country still has problems, such as the backward investment and financing mechanism, high barriers to entry for social capital, ete, which hinder the development, transformation and upgrading of the industry. Authors suggest comprehensively adopting and promoting the Public-Private Partnerships, creating conditions to introduce long-term social capital and so on, so as to accelerate the investment and financing mechanism innovation and release the reform dividend.
