摘要
miRNA与mRNA互作关系研究是构建骨骼肌发育调控网络的基础。研究利用北京鸭胚胎期不同孵化时间胸肌组织的差异miRNA和mRNA数据进行miRNA和mRNA的关联分析。结果显示:①E13-E19间有43个miRNA和22个mRNA关联到一起,E27-E19间有48个miRNA和141个mRNA关联到一起;②E27-E19间关联到基因的GO条目主要与肌肉发育相关,E13-E19间关联到基因的GO条目主要与DNA复制有关;③E19-E27的关联基因KEGG分析表明,显著富集的通路主要与DNA复制和细胞周期有关。研究结果对于深入开展北京鸭骨骼肌发育机制提供了基础数据。
The associated relationship between miRNA and mRNA is the basis in the construction of regulatory net of skeletal muscle. In this study,the association analysis on miRNA and RNA in embryonic breast muscle of Pekin duck was carried out using RNA-seq and miRNA-seq. The results were as follows: ①The association analysis showed that 43 miRNAs and 22 mRNAs were associated between E13 and E19,and that 48 miRNAs and 141 mRNAs were associated between E27 and El9. ②The associated genes between El3 and El9 were mainly related with skeletal muscle development, and the associated genes between E27 and E19 were mainly related with DNA replication. ③The KEGG analysis of associated genes between E27 and E19 showed that the significant enriched pathways mainly related to DNA replication. The results of this paper could provide some useful basic data for the fourther investigation of molecular mechanism in skeletal muscle develooment of Pekin duck.
