“刺黄增蛋液”对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研制能够改善蛋鸡生产性能的复方中药,试验观察了以刺五加、黄芪等组成的"刺黄增蛋液"对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选取1200只68周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复40只。试验Ⅰ组为空白对照组,正常饮水,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在饮水中添加0.25 g/L、0.5 g/L、1 g/L的"刺黄增蛋液",试验Ⅴ组为阳性药物对照组,每千克饲料添加10 g"降脂增蛋散",连续给药7 d,观察4周。结果:与空白对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的产蛋率分别提高5.71%、6.11%和6.04%(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组料蛋比均分别降低11.42%、8.66%、11.02%、8.27%(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组的平均蛋重提高2.18%(P<0.01);刺黄增蛋液对哈夫单位、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度无明显影响(P>0.05)。研究结果提示"刺黄增蛋液"能够提高产蛋率和降低料蛋比,进而延长产蛋周期,以0.5g/L添加量为最佳。 In this study,the effect of"Cihuangzengdan liquid" on production performance and egg quality of laying hens at the late period of laying cycle was conducted to develop the new Chinese herbal medicine compound with the ability to improve the production performance. The main components of "Cihuangzengdan liquid" included Acanthopanax and Astraglus. 1 200 Hy-Line brown hens of 68 weeks of age were randomly divided into 5 groups, and each group contained 6 replicates with 40 birds per replicate. Group I was the control group, fed with normal water. 0.25,0.5, l g/L Cihuangzengdan liquid was added into the drinking water of Group Ⅱ to IV respectively. Group Ⅴ was the positive control group fed with 10g/kg "Jiangzhizengdan powder" in diet. The treatment for all groups lasted for consecutive 7 days and the entire experiment lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed that comparing with Group Ⅰ, the laying rates of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were significantly increased by 5.71%,6.11%,6.04% (P〈0.05).The feed conversion rates of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,were significantly reduced by 11.42%,8.66%, 11.02% and 8.27% (P〈0.01). The average egg weight of group HI was significantly increased by 2.18% (P〈0.01). There were no significant effects of Cihuangzengdan liquid on Haugh unit,egg albumen height, yolk color, eggshell thickness,egg-shaped index and shell strength (P〉0.05). It was suggested that "Cihuangzengdan liquid" could increased the laying rate and decreased the feed conversion rate so as to prolong production period. The optimal dose to be added in the drinking water was 0.5 g/L.
